2010 Legislative Priorities: APHA will be involved in a number of legislative issues during the second session of the 111th Congress. This year, our federal legislative advocacy priorities include:
APHA also has the flexibility to act, when appropriate, on other pressing public health issues that may not easily be categorized under the three overarching priority areas or that fall outside of our yearly legislative priorities.
