A number of services are offered on site to make your experience at the APHA Annual Meeting and Exposition as successful and productive as possible.
Accessibility Services
In an effort to make the APHA Annual Meeting and Exposition accessible to the widest range of people possible, an accessibility booth will be staffed on site in the registration area at the Washington Convention Center (WCC) to facilitate and manage any requests or questions pertaining to issues of Access. Learn more about Accessibility and the APHA Annual Meeting
Activity Posting Center
The Activity Posting Center is centrally located in the Washington Convention Center (WCC) where registrants are invited to post flyers or to advertise meetings or special events. You may not post flyers or handouts on any hotel or convention center walls as APHA will be fined and will be responsible for clean-up costs. It is also requested for crowd control, safety and consideration of all attendees that no flyers or handouts be distributed directly outside of meeting rooms or exhibit halls. Please utilize the Activity Posting Center to advertise your meetings or events.
Breastfeeding Room
In response to members requests, a breastfeeding room will be designated at the Washington Convention Center to enable mothers to nurse or pump in a comfortable and private area.
