Mission Statement:

The purpose of the Newsletter Sub-committee is to provide public health students with the opportunity to share their stories, experiences, and thoughts about public health with other fellow students through News and Views, the APHA-SA Newsletter.  Students are also able to share research articles on a particular public health topic of interest through an annual supplement to the newsletter.

Objectives:

• Allow public health students to share their personal, academic, internship, professional, and volunteer experiences in public health with fellow students through News and Views, the APHA-SA Newsletter
• Provide public health students with an opportunity to publish their writing on a public health topic of interest through the annual newsletter supplement
• Provide a forum through which the larger APHA membership can learn about the work of public health students

Get Involved:

Opportunities exist to get involved in the editing of submissions and formatting of the newsletter. Email Madina to get involved!
